 ABOUT ME

I am a small but quality dog breeder & my dogs are part of my family. I am  properly  licensed  with a continuous five star rating  & vet checked under the Animal  Welfare (Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018.  My licence No LN/000000750, and I am registered as Gipping Gundogs, Company Number 13049762.

I am located in rural Mid Suffolk & my dogs have quality built heated accommodation & two acres to play & be trained in & are brought up in a family environment with children, other pets & normal household smells & noises.

I am regulated, independently inspected & properly insured. All my puppies are vet checked & have their first vaccination as a minimum before leaving for their new forever homes.

I breed labradors in black, chocolate & yellow/fox red together with golden retrievers and goldadors from my home. My aim is to breed quality, healthy puppies responsibly with a superb temperament which are ideal as pets for families with children & also to be trained as learning support dogs including autism, deafness, diabetes, epilepsy & emotional support/mental health. You are welcome to see parents and the whole litter and examine kennel club & health testing (hips, elbows, eyes & DNA) paperwork.

I take great care in the selection of the parents to provide you with a pup which is healthy and free from any high inbreeding genetic issues. As a responsible breeder I take the time & trouble to have all parents  tested for all kennel club recommended health screening for the breed  including hips, elbows and eyes and test the parents for inbreeding coefficient predictions  to give you the maximum chance of a trouble-free life for your beloved pet. All parents are DNA tested to reduce the possibility  of puppies  developing specific genetic disorders passed on from parents.

All pups are socialised & gradually exposed to everyday household activity including washing machine, TV, vacuum cleaner, children, cats & visitors. This helps them settle easily into new homes without too much stress. The parents are not left out - they enjoy varied daily fun, training & exercise including off lead play, ball chasing & enrichment/scatter feeding to stimulate their lives & avoid boredom.

All pups are sold guaranteed to pass your vets' initial health check or you can have a full refund  of the initial purchase price.  All Labrador & Golden retriever pups come with Kennel Club papers & a comprehensive five generation pedigree. Pups come with full instructions & a contract, at least two weeks Skinners puppy starter food, 1st vaccination & vet check, microchipping, scent blanket, Kong toy & most importantly, 24/7 help and advice for the life of your dog. I have a number of repeat customers and new customers generated through personal recommendations. 

Please do not be offended if I ask questions on your home & lifestyle & time that you have for a dog. It is important that each of my pups goes to a 'for life' home & that you as a customer are fully aware of the responsibilities of a dog before committing to one.

All pups are initially sold with endorsements on their KC paperwork to protect responsible breeding and in line with the Animal Welfare Act 2018.  This breeding endorsement will be removed by me on request from the original owner providing that the puppy undergoes hip, elbow & Kennel Club recommended  health tests with average or higher results verified by me.

Labradors current availability:

A KC registered  Autumn 25 litter is due to be born towards the end of July 25 with pups ready for their new homes late September 25.  My waiting list is now closed for this litter until pups are born & numbers known.

Goldadors (mix of Labrador &  golden retriever) are a hybrid of the two pure breeds creating a healthy & intelligent dog with an amazing temperament. Also very receptive to being trained as a future assistance dog.

Goldadors current availability:

Black females born 27 May available to reserve - ready from 23 July 25 at 8 weeks old.

Whatever your personal choice, all pups are bred from properly health tested parents owned by me including hips, elbows, eyes & breed specific  DNA screening as recommended by the Kennel Club.

All puppies come with full care instructions, contract, professional vet check, 1st vaccination, starter feed pack, scent blanket, microchipping, toy & unlimited after sales advice to ensure that you & your pup get the best start together.

 Golden retrievers are kind, affectionate, gentle with a great fun side!.  They have a long cream or golden coat yet need minimum grooming.

They are the ideal family pet or companion.
